Isaac’s Experience

Isaac has deep roots in the environmental and racial justice movements, with over 15 years of nonprofit experience. This includes a critical role in the successful campaign to ban hydraulic fracking in New York, where he organized front-line communities. This historic victory had a worldwide impact, influencing Germany, Scotland, and Ireland, and the states of Oregon and Maryland to take similar action. Following this campaign, Isaac committed to supporting fellow change makers and reengaging with organizing work in a sustainable way that nurtures rather than drains. He has since built boards with several organizations from the ground up that reflect the communities served as well as center collaborative and people-centered culture. 

When not consulting, mentoring, or working for justice, Isaac enjoys bicycling and expanding his leather business, ISG Leather Goods.
